Dallas Cowboys Rookie Taco Charlton Signs Endorsement Deal with Big Red Soda

Dallas Cowboys rookie Taco Charlton is already getting a taste of his new home state. He has signed an endorsement deal with the Austin-based soda company, Big Red.

Charlton will be a Big Red brand ambassador for the upcoming football season. His likeness will be featured in displays across hundreds of stores in North and South Texas.

Part of that promotion will include a promotion that gives fans a chance to win Big Red memorabilia signed by Charlton. There will also be meet and greet sessions hosted at various stores in North Texas.

The Cowboys selected Charlton with the first pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. He had a four-year playing career as a defensive end at the University of Michigan.

Charlton broke through during his senior year and was a first-team All-Big Ten pick. HIs 9.5 sacks led the Wolverines and ranked 14th in the country.

During his first three seasons in Ann Arbor, he was primarily a situational backup. He graduated from Michigan's College of Literature, Science and the Arts with a degree in general studies.
