Former Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Ron Jaworski Keynotes VFTCB Luncheon Next Week

Former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Ron Jaworski remains a popular speaker for businesses and organizations, especially in the state of Pennsylvania. His next speaking engagement is at the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board Annual Luncheon on October 27th. 

The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Montgomery County Community College's new Health Science Center. The luncheon is sold out for the first time and over 400 people are expected to attend. 

The overall theme of the luncheon is "Experimental Marketing." Jaworski will share stories from his football career and post-playing life. 

Jaworski began his NFL career with the Los Angeles Rams and led them to a playoff victory in 1975. He would experience the greatest success of his career upon being traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 1977. 

In 1980, Jaworski was selected to the Pro Bowl and named NFC Player of the Year. He also led the Eagles to their first NFC East Division title and an appearance in Super Bowl XV. 

Jaworski went on to play for the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs before retiring in 1989. He is a member of the Philadelphia Eagles Honor Roll and has gone on to success in business and as a broadcaster.
