FOX Sports Sideline Reporter Erin Andrews Named Emcee for 2016 Players Super Bowl Tailgate

Even though her network is not broadcasting Super Bowl 50 from Levi’s Stadium, FOX Sports’ sideline reporter Erin Andrews still has plenty to do leading up to the big game.  Andrews will be the official emcee of the 2016 Players Super Bowl Tailgate.

The Players Super Bowl Tailgate is one of the premier experiences on game day.  There will be 25 plus active players in attendance mingling with the crowd and celebrity chef Guy Fieri will lead a star-studded kitchen creating the menu and preparing the food.

Andrews will conduct short interviews with the players making their way into the tailgate.  The event runs from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. across the street from the stadium and individual VIP tickets cost $700.

Andrews is one of the most popular names in sports television today.  She joins Joe Buck and Troy Aikman each Sunday on FOX’s top NFL broadcast team.

Also dabbling in the entertainment world, Andrews is a co-host of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars.  As a contestant in season 10, she made it to the finals of the show.

Andrews first gained notoriety during eight years at ESPN.  She became one of the faces of their college football coverage and also covered Major League Baseball for the network.
