NASCAR Driver Kevin Harvick Makes Celebrity Bartending Appearance for Budweiser

Kevin Harvick has had a partnership with Anheuser-Busch across two different race teams since 2011.  On Wednesday, Harvick made an appearance as a celebrity bartender on behalf of Budweiser.

The reigning NASCAR Sprint Cup champion was in South Florida at the Margate Bokampers Sports Bar & Grill.  Next month, the Chase for the Sprint Cup will end the season about 40 minutes from the bar at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Harvick handed out brews to the Bokampers crowd from 2:45-3:15 and also participated in a question and answer session.  While he has driven under the Budweiser banner since his pact with the brewer began, Busch will be his primary car sponsor in 2016.

Harvick drives the #4 car for Stewart-Hass Racing.  As he chases his second championship in a row, he is currently fifth in the Chase standings and sits 24 points behind leader Joey Logano.

In addition to last year’s title, Harvick was also a two-time Busch Series champion early in his career.  He has 31 wins at NASCAR’s top level, including a triumph at the 2007 Daytona 500.

Harvick made his NASCAR debut in the Craftsman Truck Series in 1995.  In addition to his on-track accomplishments, he makes an impact through the Kevin Harvick Foundation, which assists underprivileged youth across the country.
