New Baseball Hall of Famer Ivan Rodriguez Holds Comerica Park Autograph Signing Saturday

This summer, Ivan Rodriguez will be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. In the meantime, he is making the rounds to thank the fans who supported him during his legendary career.

Tomorrow, Rodriguez will be at the Detroit Tigers' Comerica Park for an autograph signing. The event will take place from 3-4 p.m. at The D Shop and a portion of the proceeds benefit the Detroit Tigers Foundation.

Autograph tickets are $100 and inscriptions are available for an extra $40. Attendees also have the option of having their autographs authenticated by Major League Baseball.

"Pudge" Rodriguez is known as one of the great defensive catchers of all-time and he won 13 Gold Gloves. He was also dangerous at the plate and was a seven-time Silver Slugger Award winner.

Rodriguez made 14 All-Star teams, including four straight with the Tigers from 2004-07. While with the Texas Rangers, he was the 1999 American League Most Valuable Player.

In 2003, Rodriguez won the World Series with the Florida Marlins and was named MVP of the National League Championship Series. He retired from baseball in 2012 and the Rangers retired his #7 jersey this year.
