Pittsburgh Steelers Quarterback Josh Dobbs Speaks at the Boys & Girls Club of Morristown in March

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Josh Dobbs had a standout career at the University of Tennessee. He will return to the area this spring as the speaker at the Boys & Girls Club of Morristown's Steak and Burger Dinner. 

The event takes place on March 29th at the First Presbyterian Church. A private reception with Dobbs at 5 p.m. will be followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. 

Sponsorship packages range in price from $1,000-$5,000. Individual tickets for the dinner only are $200 and passes that include admission to the reception are $250. 

The Steelers selected Dobbs in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He was a full-time starter for the Volunteers his last two seasons and led them to back-to-back nine-win campaigns. 

As a senior, Dobbs threw for 2,946 yards and 27 touchdowns while rushing for 831 yards and 12 more scores. He was named MVP of the Music City Bowl in his final game after accounting for 409 yards of total offense and four touchdowns. 

Dobbs was an aerospace engineering student during his time in Knoxville. He was known as an excellent student was the recipient of the 2017 Torchbearer Award from the university.
