Pro Football Hall of Famer Orlando Pace Speaks at Ohio State Football Coaches Clinic Next Month

One of Ohio State football's greats, Orlando Pace, is making a return to campus for a speaking engagement. He is speaking at the 87th Ohio State football coaches clinic.

The event is titled "Back to the Basics, Let's Talk Ball" and it takes place April 12-14. In addition to speaking, Pace will receive a "Ohio's Finest" award.

New Tennessee Titans head coach and former Buckeye Mike Vrabel will also speak at the clinic and receive an award. Attendees can register for $65 before April 7 and $75 after.

In his sophomore and junior seasons at Ohio State, Pace was named a consensus All-American and the Big Ten offensive lineman of the year. He also won the Lombardi Award and Outland Trophy each year.

The St. Louis Rams went on to select Pace with the first overall pick in the 1997 NFL Draft. He was named a seven-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro during his 12-year career.

Pace played for a team that boasted one of the great offenses in league history and won Super Bowl XXXIV. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2013 and the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2016.
