Sabres Star Jack Eichel Holds Autograph Signing in Buffalo Saturday

There is no question that Buffalo Sabres fans see the future of the franchise lying in the hands of star Jack Eichel. On Saturday, several will get the opportunity to meet him at a 4 p.m. autograph signing at Dave & Adam's.

What makes the signing an even better event is that proceeds are going to the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund. Tickets are limited and can be bought by purchasing a $60 voucher for Eichel Collection Apparel.

The fall line of merchandise is being released on Friday. Eichel will only sign items from the collection and outside memorabilia will not be accepted.

Eichel is one of the top rising stars in the NHL and one of the most promising American-born players in the league. He played just one season at Boston University and won the Hobey Baker Award.

Eichel led the nation with 71 points and was just the second freshman to ever win the Hobey Baker. The Sabres selected him with the second overall pick in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

Eichel scored in his first game as a rookie in 2015, becoming the youngest player in team history to do so. After notching 56 points that first season, he was named to the NHL All-Rookie Team.
