Super Bowl Champion Leonard Marshall Keynotes Cannabis World Congress & Business Exposition

One of the all-time favorite New York Giants is speaking at a conference in The Big Apple.  Super Bowl champion Leonard Marshall is the keynote speaker at the Cannabis World Congress & Business Exposition.

CWCBExpo NY is the leading event for the medical marijuana industry. The exposition is June 15-17 at the Jacob Javits Center.  

Marshall's keynote is on June 16th.  Following his presentation, he will also moderate on the panel "CTE, Concussions, and CBD".  

As someone who has been diagnosed with CTE, Marshall can speek intimately on the benefits that could come from further legalization of medical marijuana.  With his resume in football and life, there is no question that his perspective lends great weight to the discussion.

Marshall had 12 standout seasons in the NFL, including ten with the Giants.  He won two Super Bowl championships with the franchise and was a Pro Bowler in 1985 and 1986.  

In both of Marshall's Pro Bowl years, he was also named a second-team All-Pro.  He retired with 83.5 sacks and 79.5 of them came in New York, a total that ranks fifth in franchise history.  

Following his career, Marshall has had successful forays into business and broadcasting.  He was also an Executive In Residence and Sports Management professor at Seton Hall University.
