Turner Sports Broadcaster Ernie Johnson Holds Book Tour Next Week

There is no denying Ernie Johnson's status as one of the most respected broadcasters in sports. Now, people will get an inside look at his life via his new book, "Unscripted: the unpredictable moments that make life Extraordinary." 

Next week, Johnson will make several stops across the country promoting the book. His book signing tour begins on April 4th at 2 p.m. in New York City at the NBA Store. 

Johnson will be at a Barnes & Noble two days later in Dallas, Texas. On April 7th, he will visit Anderson's Bookshop in Chicago, Illinois before returning home for a signing in Atlanta, Georgia the next day. 

Johnson is best known as the host of the award-winning TNT studio show, "Inside the NBA." He has hosted the program since 1990 and is masterful at moderating the conversation between many of the colorful panelists he has shared the table with over the years. 

Outside of the NBA, Johnson has broadcasted a variety of other sports for Turner Sports. He is currently the lead voice for TBS' coverage of Major League Baseball. 

Johnson three-time recipient of the Sports Emmy for Oustanding Sports Personality, Studio Host. Prior to arriving at Turner, he worked in local television in Atlanta.
