Verizon Enlists NBA All-Stars Draymond Green and Kyrie Irving for Data Dunk Playoffs Promotion

Two players likely bound for the NBA Finals are the stars of Verizon's most recent campaign.  Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green and Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving are helping Verizon with their "Data Dunk" initiative.

Data Dunk is an actual contest for Verizon subscribers.  They can pick six players in the playoffs and count up their dunks during the postseason.

For each dunk, customers get free data.  The promotion ends on June 20th and up to five lines per account pay participate.

Green made his first All-Star team this year and averaged 14 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 7.4 assists per game.  In 2015, he became a full-time starter for the first time and was named to the All-NBA Defensive first team.

The Warriors were also buoyed by Green's all-around game on their way to winning the NBA title.  Golden State originally selected him in the second round of the 2012 NBA Draft out of Michigan State.

Irving is a three-time All-Star and one of the top point guards in basketball.  He has averaged over 20 points per game in his career after being the first overall pick of the 2011 NBA Draft.

Despite only playing in 51 games that first year, Irving was named Rookie of the Year.  In 2014, he won All-Star Game MVP after scoring 31 points and dishing out 14 assists.
