Aaron Hicks Biography

Aaron Hicks is an emerging star for the New York Yankees. He effectively plays all three outfield positions in New York and has one of the strongest arms in the big leagues. Hicks was originally acquired in a trade from the Minnesota Twins in 2015. He made his major league debut with the Twins in 2013 and spent parts of three seasons as the team’s starting center fielder. Minnesota originally selected him out of high school in the first round of the 2008 MLB Draft. Coming through the Twins system, Hicks was named a top 100 prospect by Baseball America.
