Jim Harbaugh is not afraid to share the spotlight at the Michigan Coaches Clinic. The Wolverines head coach is co-hosting the event with his brother John, head coach of the Baltimore Ravens.
Recently retired Virginia Tech head coach Frank Beamer will also speak and Baylor head coach Art Briles is the most recent addition to the speaker list. The clinic is being held March 10-12 and registration costs $75.
Michigan is billing the event as "The Greatest Coaching Clinic of All-Time". Briles will speak to the assembled coaches on the first night of the clinic from 7-8 p.m.
Briles has been the head coach at Baylor since 2008 and turned the program into a national power. He has gone 65-37 with the Bears and piolted the school to three straight double-digit win seasons.
Baylor won Big 12 titles in 2013 and 2014 under his watch. Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III was also tutled by Briles.
Prior to arriving in Waco, Briles was the head coach at the University of Houston and spent over two decades as a high school coach. His high-octane offense has revolutionized college football and several former assistants are now head coaches of their own programs.
