Iconic quarterback Joe Montana is still imparting powerful lessons about leadership and success today. He will share his insights next as the keynote speaker at Becker Healthcare's 16th Annual Future of Spine + The Spine Orthopaedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC Conference. 

The conference takes place June 14-16 in Chicago at the Swissotel. Montana will open the event on day one with his presentation about driving performance excellence. 

He is just one of over 222 speakers that will participate in 110 sessions. They will discuss topics like the state of the ACA, spine technology and ASC business and profitability issues. 

In addition to various speaking engagements, Montana has shared what he learned in his football career as co-author of the book, "The Winning Spirit: 16 Timeless Principles That Drive Performance Excellence." He was a perfect 4-0 in Super Bowls and a three-time Super Bowl MVP. 

Montana holds Super Bowl records with 122 passes without an interception and a 127.8 quarterback rating. He was known for coming through in the clutch and orchestrated 32 come-from-behind fourth quarter victories. 

Montana was an eight-time Pro Bowler, three-time first-team All-Pro and two-time NFL MVP. He is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and his #16 jersey has been retired by the San Francisco 49ers.
