Ex-Georgia Football Coach Vince Dooley Holds Leadership Seminar at Kennesaw State

The Kennesaw State Civil War Center is bringing in one of college football's great leaders in recent history.  Legendary Georgia Bulldogs coach Vince Dooley hosts his first leadership seminar at the center on June 18th. 

The luncheon will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dooley will discuss leadership and leadership strategies while tying them in to some of the real-life difficulties faced in America during the Civil War.

His keynote is titled, "Leading from the Front While Preparing to Win".  Individual registration to attend is $75, while a table of six can also be purchased for $400. 

Dooley spent 25 years as the head coach at Georgia, compiling a 201-77-10 record.  His Bulldogs teams racked up six Southeastern Conference titles. 

Dooley was a five-time SEC Coach of the Year.  In 1980, UGA went 12-0, won the Sugar Bowl and captured the school's first and only National Championship.  

In addition to serving as head coach, Dooley was also the athletic director at Georgia from 1979-2004.  He is a member of the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame and College Football Hall of Fame.
