After losing his belt in shocking fashion in 1990 and going through a series of troubles, Tyson had a comeback in 1996 and captured the WBA and WBC championships once again. He retired officially in 2006 with a record of 50-6-2 and 44 knockouts.
Tyson is a member of the International Boxing Hall of Fame and World Boxing Hall of Fame. Today, he is an international pop culture icon, appearing a variety of films, television shows, and commercials.
