Colin Cowherd and Kristine Leahy talk daily about the best athletes on the nationally syndicated radio show, The Herd.  Later this month, they will be spotlighting a whole different kind of sports star as co-hosts at Sports Business Daily's Forty Under 40 Awards. 

Cowherd and Leahy will preside over the banquet that celebrates the very best young leaders in the sports field. It will be held April 14th in Los Angeles at the L.A. LIVE's J.W. Marriott.  

The event starts with cocktails at 6:30 p.m. followed by the banquet and awards ceremony starting at 7:30.  Individual tickets cost $700 while a table of eight is $4,500. 

Cowherd is one of the most opinionated voices in sports.  After 13 years hosting a national radio show with ESPN, Cowherd brought is program to Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports Radio last September. 

In addition, he is also developing a television show for the network and is a contributor to Fox NFL Kickoff.  Cowherd has had a diverse career, originally getting his sports broadcasting start as a television anchor in markets like Las Vegas, Tampa, and Portland. 

Leahy is a contributor to The Herd with Colin Cowherd and hosts the daily recap show "Best Thing I Herd" on Fox Sports 1.   She also works with NBC as a co-host of the wildly popular "American Ninja Warrior".

Prior to arriving at Fox, Leahy spent three years with CBS and Turner sports as a sideline reporter.  She began her broadcasting career in Boston and spent time with the Boston Celtics, at radio station WEEI, and Fox Boston.
