The 2015 Seminole Boosters Spring Tour heads through Orlando Thursday. FSU football head coach Jimbo Fisher will address the crowd at Church Street Station’s Orchid Garden along with other fun activities.
General admission tickets will be $35 at the door and the event runs from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Fans will be able to take a picture with the national championship trophy and bid on Seminoles items.
This Spring Tour stop presented by VisitFlorida.com is put on by the Seminole Club of Greater Orlando and sponsored by The Morgan Law Group and the FSU College of Medicine Orlando Regional Campus. In addition to Orlando, Fisher will make a stop in Ft. Lauderdale on June 4th and be back in Tallahassee for a golf tournament June 15th.
Fisher has quickly become a Noles fan favorite. He has a 58-11 record in five seasons as head coach and led FSU to the final BCS National Championship in 2013.
This past season, the team had another perfect regular season before being beat in the inaugural College Football Playoff by Oregon. With three straight ACC titles in a row, Fisher has the Seminoles back to an elite level.
He originally came to FSU to serve under Bobby Bowden as offensive coordinator in 2007 and also quickly added the title of “head coach in waiting”. Fisher built his name in coaching with a great period of success as Nick Saban’s offensive coordinator at LSU.
