Green Bay Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers Holds Autograph Signing for Salvation Army

On Monday night, Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers gave back to the Salvation Army. He held an autograph signing in the atrium at Lambeau Field for donations.

The 6 p.m. event requested a donation of at least $100 for the Salvation Army. It was limited to the first 200 people to get in line and the first people arrived at 2:30 a.m. that morning.

Rodgers made the pledge to match each of the donations given.  He also bought pizza for those in attendance.

At 7-6, Rodgers has the Packers in playoff contention again this season. So far, he has thrown for 3,529 yards with 32 touchdowns against just seven interceptions.

Rodgers is currently the leader in NFL history in passer rating with a 103.8 mark during the regular season. He is a five-time Pro Bowler, two-time first-team All-Pro and two-time NFL MVP.

In 2011, Rodgers led Green Bay to a win in Super Bowl XLV and was named MVP of the game. That year he was named Associated Press Athlete of the Year.
