International Soccer Great Ronaldinho Becomes Brand Ambassador for Luggage Company

The name Ronaldinho still carries great weight on the international stage.  The former soccer star has a new endorsement deal as the luggage company Zero Halliburton looks to leverage his popularity.

Ronaldinho is serving as Global Brand Ambassador for the company.  There are various social media channels that he will interact on for Zero Halliburton, showing off his travels around the world using their products.

Next month, a limited edition camera case and business card package will be released with Ronaldinho's signature laser-etched on the exterior.  There also might be an opportunity in the future for him to make appearances at their flagship stores in New York City and Garden City, New York.

Ronaldinho was one of the players that defined a generation of soccer.  He was named FIFA World Player of the Year in 2004 and 2005 and is also a two-time World Soccer Magazine Player of the Year.

On the club side, Ronaldinho began his career in Brazil playing for Gremio.  He would go on to star for European teams like Paris Saint-Germain, Milan and Barcelona.

Ronaldinho played in 97 matches for the Brazilian national team, scored 33 goals and was a member of the 2002 FIFA World Cup championship squad.  He currently serves as an ambassador for Barcelona as he mulls a return to the pitch at the age of 36.
