On July 14th, Variety and Sports Illustrated have partnered to provide a unique event that will bring elements of sports and celebrity together.  They are co-hosting the Sports Entertainment Industry Summit at Vibiana in Los Angeles. 

One of the top speakers at the event is also one of LA's newest residents.  Los Angeles Rams head coach Jeff Fisher is a part of a presentaation from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.  

In "Pro Football Arrives in LA - Welcome, Rams!", Fisher will join general manager Kevin Demoff as the pair discusses the opportunities new partners now have with the franchise.  Some of the other top speakers from the sports world who will be presenting include NBA legend Kobe Bryant and Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade. 

Fisher is no stranger to the City of Angels having grown up in Culver City and played at the University of Southern California.  He brings the Rams back to town after serving as head coach of the franchise since 2012. 

Prior to joining the Rams, Fisher had a lengthy tenure as the head coach of the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans from 1995-2010.  He took the Titans to the playoffs on six occasions including a trip to Super Bowl XXXIV.

In 21 seasons as an NFL head coach, Fisher's record stands at 169-156-1.  As a respected voice in the league, he also currently serves as co-chair of the NFL Competition Committee.
