Fresh off her fourth Olympic appearance and third career medal, skier Lindsey Vonn has several opportunities for speaking engagements and appearances. Marketo has named her keynote speaker for their Marketing Nation Summit. 

The event takes place April 29-May 2 in San Francisco, California. As someone who has continuously fought back from career obstacles, Vonn fits the conference's theme of "The Fearless Marketer." 

She will get to share her story with over 6,000 attendees at the Marketing Nation Summit.  Google Cloud CEO Diane Greene and Marketo executives will also address the crowd. 

Vonn competed in Super-G and then won a bronze medal in the downhill at the Winter Olympics last month. She has been making the appearance rounds ever since and was a special guest at the Academy Awards this weekend. 

In 2010, Vonn won an Olympic gold medal in the downhill and a bronze in Super-G. She was named Laureus Sportswoman of the Year and the United States Olympic Committee's sportswoman of the year. 

Vonn holds a record 81 medals from World Cup competition and is the winner of four overall World Cup championships. Off the slopes, she also inspires young girls through the Lindsey Vonn Foundation.
