With all he has accomplished in his life four-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath can inspire many with his story.  The hard work and daily grind Heath puts in can be applied to the goals of anyone.

Heath recently gave the keynote speech at the University of Denver’s Pioneer Prep.  It was special for him to return to his alma mater, a place he also played college basketball.

In addition to playing shooting guard, Heath double-majored in information technology and business administration.  Even in his bodybuilding career, he has used the skills learned at UD to create and industry behind his name.

Heath owns his own nutrition company and apparel line.  What is even more insane is that he did not fully pursue bodybuilding until 2002.

Since then, he has become the face of the sport.  Heath won his first professional event at the 2006 Colorado Pro Championships.

Heath currently stands as the reigning Mr. Olympia, not having lost a competition on the sport’s grandest stage since 2011.  He also holds three other top five Mr. Olympia finishes prior to his most recent run.
