An odd pairing of former NBA stars has made for one great commercial.  David Robinson and Latrell Sprewell recentely teamed up to star in an ad for the travel booking service, Priceline.

The spot is titled "When life lessons are on the line".  It shows both Robinson and Sprewell giving a child life advice in very different ways.

The daughter is traveling with her father in the commercial using Priceline.com.  She vists Robinson in San Antonio and Sprewell in an undisclosed location. 

Robinson was a ten-time All-Star and was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009.  During his career, he won two Olympic gold medals and two NBA championships with the San Antonio Spurs. 

In 1992, Robinson was named the league's Defensive Player of the Year and he was named MVP in 1995.  Additionally to being a Hall of Fame, his #50 jersey is retired by the Spurs. 

Sprewell was a dominating player in his own right and a four-time All-Star.  He played for three franchises, helping the New York Knicks to the NBA Finals and the Minnesota Timberwolves reach the Western Conference Finals.

Sprewell finished his career with nearly 17,000 points and an 18.3 points per game average.  He was an All-NBA First Team pick in 1994 and also made the All-Defensive Second Team that year.
