There is no question that the first sport Eddie Olczyk is identified with is hockey, but he is also a horse racing enthusiast. This year, Olczyk will share his passion as the keynote speaker at OwnerView's third Thoroughbred Owner Conference.
The conference will be held October 31-November 3rd at iconic Santa Anita Park in Acardia, California. Olczyk will present to those assembled on November 2nd.

Olczyk spent 16 years on NHL ice after being the third overall pick of the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1984 NHL Draft. He played for six different franchises and helped the New York Rangers win a Stanley Cup in 1994.
Following Olczyk's playing career, he immediately jumped into the broadcasting field, working on the Pittsburgh Penguins television broadcasts and working national games for ESPN and NHL Radio. He also spent parts of two seasons as the Penguins head coach.
