As arguably the greatest athlete in Clemson University history, Deshaun Watson is not going to be forgotten in the state of South Carolina anytime soon. Even as he works quickly to adjust to life in the NFL, he will be making a return visit to the state next month. 

On June 17th, Watson is scheduled to make an appearance at Palmetto Moon in Mount Pleasant Town Centre. Beginning at 11 a.m. that day, he will sign autographs and pose for photos with fans. 

Tickets for the event are available online and at any of Palmetto Moon's four Charleston locations. Fans are allowed to bring their own items to get signed or purchase memorabilia from the store. 

Watson led the Tigers to back-to-back appearances in the College Football Playoff and a national championship earlier this year. Clemson also captured two Atlantic Coast Conference championships with him at the helm. 

In 2015, Watson was named ACC Player of the Year and the ACC Offensive Player of the Year. He is a two-time winner of the Davey O'Brien and Manning awards. 

The Houston Texans made him the 12th overall pick of the 2017 NFL Draft last month. He is expected to compete for the starting quarterback job this offseason for a franchise that has won back-to-back AFC South Division titles.
