Pittsburgh Steelers Running Back Le’Veon Bell Holds Area Autograph Signing

There is no denying the affection Pittsburgh Steelers fans have for running back Le'Veon Bell.  On Saturday, his supporters turned out in droves at a public autograph signing in the city.

Bell made an appearance the Total Sports Enterprises store in the The Mall at Robinson.  From 12:30-2 p.m., he signed autographs and kicked off a day that included sessions with several Steelers standouts.

Linebacker Tyler Matakevich, defensive end Stephon Tuitt and offensive lineman David DeCastro followed Bell with their signings.  In addition to purchasing tickets for the event, those interested could also send in their items to be signed.

Since entering the NFL, Bell has been one of the best backs in the league.  He had his best season in 2014, when he rushed for 1,361 yards and eight touchdowns.

That season, Bell was named a Pro Bowler and first-team All-Pro.  He also set team records for running back receptions and scrimmage yards.

The Steelers originally selected Bell in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft.  In college, he was a first-team All-American and All-Big 10 pick at Michigan State.
