Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has partnered with one of the top brands in the world.  Nissan has brought him aboard as a global brand ambassador. 

Aguero will be part of a new ad campaign titled, "Engineers of Excitement."  He will be featured in the spots with Real Madrid's Gareth Bale. 

The theme of the campaign is fitting with Aguero's prodigious goal-scoring abilities taking center stage.  It is also furthering Nissan's connection with the sport after they already serve as automotive sponsor of the UEFA Champions League. 

Aguero is currently the Premier League's top scorer.  He has starred for Manchester City since 2011 and is the second quickest player in league history to record 100 goals.  

In 2015, Aguero won the Premier League Golden Boot.  He is also the leading scorer from South America in the history of the Premiership.  

Prior to arriving in Manchester, Aguero played for Atletico Madrid and Independiente.  On the international stage, he has been a member of two World Cup teams for Argentina and the 2008 Olympic gold medalists.
