Two-Time Super Bowl Champion Peyton Manning Speaks at WM Phoenix Open Tee-Off Luncheon

Since retiring from football, Peyton Manning has become one of the most in-demand speakers from the world of sports. A busy schedule touring the country landed him in Phoenix, Arizona this week where he spoke at the Waste Management Phoenix Open Tee-Off Luncheon.

2,500 people packed the Phoenician to hear from Manning. He was interviewed by the President of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Derrick Hall.

Certain changes to the WM Phoenix Open for 2018 are also discussed. The tournament is about a month and a half away and it is routinely considered one of the more exciting events on the PGA Tour.

Manning spent 14 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts and four years with the Denver Broncos. He holds NFL records for career passing yards, passing touchdowns and 4,000-yard seasons.

Manning also won a record five Associated Press NFL MVP Awards during his career. He led the Colts to victory in Super Bowl XLI and the Broncos to a win in Super Bowl 50.

Manning was a 14-time Pro Bowler and seven-time first-team All-Pro. Before being the first overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft, he was a consensus All-American and Maxwell Award winner at the University of Tennessee.
