Next week, Minnesota Vikings All-Pro Kyle Rudolph will host a youth camp with a special guest. The camp will be held Monday and Tuesday at Hopkins High School in Minnetonka.
Boys and girls in grades 1-8 can participate. They will receive expert instructions on football fundamentals from Rudolph, other coaches and special guest, Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.
Each day lasts from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. For a $149 registration fee, campers also receive a Rudolph autograph, team photo and t-shirt.
For five seasons, Rudolph has been a consistent option in the Vikings passing game. Last year, he caught 49 passes for 495 yards and five touchdowns.
In 2012, Rudolph caught 53 passes for 493 yards and nine touchdowns. He made his first Pro Bowl squad and was MVP of the game after catching five passes for 122 yards and a touchdown.
Minnesota originally selected Rudolph in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played three college seasons at Notre Dame.
