Carolina Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis is one of the men in the middle of the team's ferocious defense.  He will share some excellent tips on football fundamentals at his youth camp this weekend. 

The Thomas Davis Football ProCamp runs Saturday and Sunday at Hopwell High School in Huntersville, North Carolina.  Each day's session is from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

Kids in grades 1-8 are eligible to attend and registration is $199.  In addition to the football training, each camper will receiver a Davis autograph, team photo and camp t-shirt. 

In 2015, Davis was named to his first Pro Bowl squad while also being a first-team All-Pro.  He recorded 105 total tackles, 5.5 sacks and four interceptions. 

With his stellar play, Davis helped the Panthers reach the Super Bowl.  He also earned acclaim for his character off the field, taking home the "Whizzer" White NFL Man of the Year and the Bart Starr Award.  

Davis has spent his entire 11-year career with the Panthers since being selected 14th overall in the 2005 NFL Draft.  He played college football at Georgia, where he was a first-team All-American in 2004.
