After a solid first season with the New York Jets, wide receiver Eric Decker is opening his football camp in nearby Scotch Plains, New Jersey.  The Citi Eric Decker Football ProCamp presented by A&P will take place on June 6th at Fanwood High School.

For $99, kids in grades 1-8 can come learn important tips to hone their football skills.  In addition to the session that runs from 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., campers will go home with a Decker autograph, t-shirt, and team photo.

Decker is sure to instill some great lessons from a successful athletic career at his camp.  Top high school and college coaches from the area will also be present to hammer home the fundamentals of the game.

After signing a five-year, $36.25 million contract with the Jets in 2014 offseason, Decker produced, catching 74 passes for 962 yards and five touchdowns.  That was on the heels of back-to-back 1,000-yard campaigns for the Denver Broncos. 

In 2012, Decker led the AFC with 13 receiving touchdowns.  He was a go-to target for Peyton Manning’s first two years in the Mile High City. 

The Broncos originally selected Decker in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft.  He was a two-sport star at the University of Minnesota, playing football and baseball.
