Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan is one of the unquestioned stars of the franchise.  Next month, he will host his youth basketball camp in town. 

The DeMar DeRozan ProCamp takes place Setember 24-25 at York University.  Each day runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for kids in grades 1-12. 

Registration for the two-day camp is $199.  Participants will receive a DeRozan autograph, camp t-shirt and team photo.  

DeRozan is now a two-time NBA All-Star.  He is coming off the best season of his career in which he averaged 23.5 points a game and led the Raptors to the Eastern Conference Finals. 

In each of the last three seasons, Toronto has made the playoffs and DeRozan has averaged over 20 points per game in postseason action.  He is currently in Rio competing with Team USA at the Olympics. 

The Raptors originally made DeRozan the ninth overall pick of the 2009 NBA Draft.  He spent one college season at USC, where he was named to the Pac-10 All-Freshman Team and the Pac-10 Tournament MVP.
