Don Beebe played in six Super Bowls, but it is only on the campus of one small college where he is really considered a football legend.  On Memorial Day Weekend, he will be back around those at Chadron State College who still remember his record-setting career. 

Beebe is participating in the weekend of events centered around the school's Don Beebe Classic Golf Tournament.  He will kick things off with the book signing on May 27th from 6:30-8:30 p.m. during the tournament's reception at Country Kitchen.  

The following evening, Beebe will also sign books at the Golf Classic's prime rib dinner.  He will speak at that event and a portion of the sales over the weekend from "Six Rings From Nowhere" will go back to Chadron State athletics.  

Beebe was originally selected by the Buffalo Bills in the third round of the 1989 NFL Draft.  He would go on to be on the Bills four straight Super Bowl teams in the early 1990's.

It was not until Super Bowl XXXI with the Green Bay Packers that Beebe would get his first championship ring however.  Throughout his nine-year pro career he was a valuable receiver and return man who notched 25 total touchdowns.  

Today, Beebe operates his Aurora, Illinois-based speed training program House of Speed.  From 2004-2013, he was the head football coach at Aurora Christian School and led them to two state championships.
