The Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders started back in 1960 as “The Falconettes” and have since grown into a 40 person team that represents the spirit of the team.  They cheer at all Falcons games and make appearances on behalf of the franchise.  Freddie Falcon, the team mascot, can also come around at events.  The team participates in many other activities throughout the year too such as the compilation of their swimsuit calendar and operation of a “Junior Cheerleader” program.
