Bryson DeChambeau Biography

Bryson DeChambeau is one of the rising young stars in golf.  Following his low amateur performance at the 2016 Masters, DeChambeau turned pro.  He had a banner amateur career.  In 2015, DeChambeau became just the fifth person to win the NCAA Men's Individual Championship and the U.S. Amateur in the same year. Prior to turning pro, he made the cut in seven of his last eight pro events.  DeChambeau studied physics at Southern Methodist University and is referred to as "The Golf Scientist". Uniquely, he uses irons that are all the same length.  DeChambeau also floats golf balls in Epsom salts to pick out the perfect ones.
