Chris Tidland Biography

Chris Tidland was a high ranking golfer in his college days where he attended Oklahoma State University. He took the Cowboys to the 1995 NCAA D1Men’s Championship where, with the help of Chris’ 2nd place finish as an individual, the OSU Cowboys brought home the title. Right after graduation in 1996 Chris turned professional where he continues to this day. Tidland has spent most of his career playing on the Nationwide Tour and was able to earn his PGA Tour card for 3 seasons in 2001, 2007, and 2010. Throughout his career, Tidland has 3 professional wins, two of which were on the Nationwide Tour and one coming from the Canadian Tour. His best finish on the PGA Tour is a T-6 in the 2007 AT&T Classic and has qualified for one major championship, the British Open in 2011. Tidland will start the 2015 season on the Web.com Tour.
