Danyelle Sargent Musselman Biography

Danyelle Sargent Musselman was a sports television reporter who worked for ESPN and Fox Sports. Musselman got her start at a local television station in Georgia after graduating from Florida State University. After working at a TV station in Kansas City for two years, Musselman was hired by ESPN to work on their ESPNEWS channel. 

Her work at ESPN included contributions to the show Cold Pizza, where she would star on the show for two years before leaving the company in 2006. Musselman then signed with Fox Sports, debuting on the channels FSN Final Score show later that year. She worked as an anchor for the show for five years, eventually leaving in the middle of 2011 to work at Comedy Central for their new Onion Sportsdome show. The show was canceled after one season, leaving Musselman to join Yahoo! Sports, covering multiple sports for two years on the website. She then worked for the NFL Network for a couple of years, becoming the network’s top update anchor, and reporting on many famous stories during her time there. 

Musselman is married to head men's basketball coach Eric Musselman. She now spends time raising her children.
