Dylan Crews Biography

Dylan Crews parlayed a tremendous college baseball career into being the second overall pick in the 2023 MLB Draft by the Washington Nationals. Crews was the National Freshman of the Year and set an LSU freshman record with 18 home runs in 2021. He had another monster sophomore, campaign, earning co-SEC Player of the Year and All-American honors. Crews did not disappoint as a junior either, leading the Tigers to a College World Series title. He was named SEC Player of the Year for a second time and an All-American for the third time. Crews was also the SEC Athlete of the Year and the Golden Spikes Award winner as the best player in college baseball.
