Garrett Willis Biography

Garrett Willis is a professional golfer Willis attended Eastern Tennessee State University where he played on the school’s golf team. During his senior year, Willis was named a first-team All-American and in 1995, he won the Canadian Amateur Championship. Upon graduating from Eastern Tennessee, Willis turned professional in 1996. Willis’ career began on the Hooters Tour and in selected international events. After the Hooters Tour, he moved up to the BUY.com Tour. In 2001, Willis made his debut on the PGA Tour at the Touchstone Energy Tucson Open where he became the fourth Tour player to win in his first start as a member. Willis now splits his playing time equally between the PGA Tour and the Nationwide Tour. Willis has recorded a total of 7 professional wins. He has one PGA Tour win, two Web.com Tour wins, and four other professional wins.
