John Rhys Plumlee Biography

John Rhys Plumlee is a star quarterback for the UCF Knights and one of the most dynamic athletes in college football. Plumlee started his career at Ole Miss, where he played football and baseball. He was thrust into a starting QB role as a true freshman, but slowly transitioned to wide receiver over the next two years in Oxford. UCF recruited him to move back to quarterback and he threw for over 2,500 yards while rushing for over 800 yards as a junior. He also had a successful first baseball season for the Knights, batting .286 with ten home runs, 32 RBI and a team-leading 18 stolen bases.
