JT Daniels Biography

JT Daniels is a star quarterback for the Rice Owls. Daniels started his college tenure at USC before truly breaking out at UGA. He was the starter as a true freshman for the Trojans, but tore his ACL as a sophomore. In Athens, Daniels found new life. Starting four games at the end of the 2021 season, he threw for over 1,200 yards and ten touchdowns against just two interceptions. Prior to entering college, Daniels was destined for stardom as the number one ranked recruit by Rivals. He starred at California powerhouse Mater Dei, won a consensus high school national championship and was named the Gatorade and MaxPreps Player of the Year in 2017.
