As the CEO of JR Motorsports, she oversees the race team and business legacy of her brother, Dale Earnhardt Jr. She originally joined the organization as a general manager in 2001. Earnhardt Miller has been around the sport all her life as the daughter of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
