Kevin Wilson Biography

Kevin Wilson was a standout offensive lineman during his college days at the University of North Carolina and eventually earned his bachelors in mathematics at UNC and then his masters in Physical Education as a graduate assistant coach for the Tarheels. After two years as an assistant at North Carolina from 1984 to 1986 he began his climb up the coaching ladder, with stops at Winston-Salem State, North Carolina A&T, Miami of Ohio, Northwestern and Oklahoma before landing the head coaching job at the University of Indiana in 2011. Wilson guided the Hoosiers to two bowl games in his last two years on the job. He went on to serve as offensive coordinator at Ohio State from 2017-22, until taking his next head coaching job at Tulsa.
