Madison Kocian Biography

Madison Kocian rose to prominence as a member of the "Final Five" U.S. women's gymanstics team who took gold in the all-around final at the 2016 Olympics.  Kocian anchored Team USA on the unevern bars in the all-around final, scoring a 15.933.  She also competed in the individual uneven bars final at the Games.  Kocian won team gold at the 2014 and 2015 World Championships.  She has an individual gold as well on uneven bars from the 2015 Worlds.  Kocian began her senior team career in 2013.  At the 2014 Pan American Championships, she was apart of the U.S. team that won gold while also picking up an individual silver on uneven bars.  Kocian was born and raised in Dallas, Texas.
