MIke Dunlap Biography

Mike Dunlap is a former NBA head coach who currently heads the program at Loyola Marymount.  Dunlap has gone full circle as his coaching career originally started as an assistant with the Lions.  Dunlap coached just one NBA season with the Charlotte Bobcats.  His only other pro experience was an assistant stint with the Denver Nuggets.  Most of Dunlap’s work has been on the collegiate level, including more recent stops as an assistant at Arizona and Oregon.  He has also been a Division II and III head coach.  At Metro State, Dunlap went to the NCAA Tournament each of his nine seasons and won two national titles.  His first coaching job was at Division III Cal Lutheran.
