Patrick Reed Biography

Winner of the 2018 Masters, Patrick Reed is a PGA Tour professionals and one of the top American golfers. Reed originally turned pro in 2011 and has won five times on the Tour. He won for the first time in 2013 at the Wyndham Championship. His biggest victory came a year later at the WGC-Cadillac Championship. With that win, he also became just the fifth golfer since 1990 to win three times on the PGA Tour before his 24th birthday. His best finish in a major championship was a second place showing at the 2017 PGA Championship. Reed has competed for the United States at the Ryder Cup in 2014 and 2016. He finished in the top ten of the World Golf Ranking each year from 2014-16. He originally began his college golf career at the University of Georgia, but went on to help lead Augusta State University to back-to-back NCAA Division 1 Championships.
