Paul Wulff Biography

Paul Wulff is a collegiate football coach, currently serving as the offensive coordinator at the University of South Florida. Prior to coaching, Wulff was a four year starter at offensive line for Washington State University. After his graduation, Wulff signed an undrafted free agent deal with the New York Jets, but was released during the preseason. In 1991, Wulff would sign to play in the newly formed World League of American Football, playing two seasons before ultimately retiring from playing. Wulff began his coaching career as an assistant at Eastern Washington University in 1993, serving various positions with the team until he was named head coach in 2000. Wulff would go on to coach for seven seasons, amassing a 53-40 record, winning two conference championships. In 2008, Wulff returned to his alma mater of Washington State to become their new head coach, suffering four disappointing seasons while going a combined 9-40, leading to his firing in 2011. Wulff went to the NFL in 2012, but returned to the NCAA in 2014 to serve in his current role with South Florida.
