Reuben Foster Biography

The San Francisco 49ers selected Reuben Foster in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Foster was one of the nation's top linebackers at the University of Alabama. As a senior, he won the Butkus Award, was a unanimous All-American and was chosen to the All-Southeastern Conference first-team. He was also named Most Valuable Player of the SEC Championship Game. That was Foster's third SEC title with the program. He saw the team win the College Football Playoff in 2015 as well. Foster is an Alabama native who was ranked as the top inside linebacker in his recruiting class.
