Sebastian Vettel Biography

Sebastian Vettel began his amateur racing career at the age of 3 and began racing on the kart circuit in 1995 at the age of 8. At age 11 he was accepted to compete on the Red Bull Junior Team and won several amateur titles. In 2003 he made the jump to open-wheel racing and won the 2004 German Formula BMW Championship with 18 victories in 20 races. 

In 2006, he moved up to Formula One racing and went on to be one of the most successful drivers ever, winning four consecutive F1 World Championships from 2010-13 as a member of the Red Bull Racing team. During his first year racing with Red Bull on the Formula Circuit he became the youngest driver to ever finish as the runner-up at the World Drivers Championship and followed that performance up in 2010 by becoming the youngest driver to win the championship.
